"Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. This State Farm agent is a complete scam and waste of time. They initially quoted me $350 a month for car insurance on two cars. Then I was called back two weeks later to tell me that my policy was misquoted and will be $461. Finally I went on the State Farm app and was told that my payment is actually $520. Like I said earlier don’t waste your time or money."

"I was cold called a few months ago to be informed State Farm was canceling my plan due to multiple accidents. I’ve never been in an accident in my life and received no letter in the mail regarding this issue, so I was shocked. Despite telling Katrina multiple times something had to be wrong, she continued stating accident dates/times, instead of taking a step back to confirm what was going on. Turns out the underwriting team made a mistake and confused my policy with my parents because we have the same address. Despite having different policy numbers, the underwriting team automatically reported that we all drive each other’s cars, and chose to not confirm this when initially creating my policy. They offered to fix it afterwards and keep my policy but I chose to cancel since I lost confidence in their ability to help. I did not appreciate the interactions with the agents, underwriting is untrustworthy, and the cancelation process was too time consuming. I was with State Farm and this specific branch for a number of years. I eventually found this to be a blessing in disguise because they were charging me outrageous prices! I now have full coverage on both of my cars for much less with Progressive. The application process was also way easier."
